FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the mobility device rules?
Wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes, and braces are allowed anywhere people walk. A mobility scooter is allowed when it is commercially made, electric, and has three or four wheels. It may seat one or two people, and it cannot be larger than 32 inches wide by 63 inches long. It cannot have a roof, and it cannot be gas-powered.
Golf carts are not allowed, in any size. Bicycles, Segways, and anything else that is not on the approved list stay outside. A disability parking placard does not change that. If your own device is not allowed, use an approved rental scooter or the free ADA shuttle.
I bought heavy parts at the Swap Meet. How do I get them out?
If the parts are too heavy to carry, call 386-681-4284. Vendor dispatch will send a hauler out to you.
How do car-show entry passes work?
Once you have paid and you have a car show sticker, you can drive your car into the infield. The fall fee is $80 and covers all five days. The spring fee is $50 and covers the three-day show. Please limit each car to the driver and up to three passengers. Every entrant also receives two walk-in passes at no charge. Car show entry stickers are available exclusively at the show-car entry gates.
What is reserved club parking?
Your club can reserve a block of spaces under the club’s name so everyone can park together. If you are not with a reserved club, you park in the same infield, first come, first served. Email Patt at clubparking@turkeyrun.com.
Can I put a for-sale sign on my vehicle in the show-car field?
No. If the vehicle is for sale, it belongs in the Car Corral, not on the show-car field.
Why do I need a special sticker for the Car Corral?
The car show is a separate part of the Daytona Turkey Run®. You need a registration sticker for the Car Corral, the Swap Meet, or Artisan Alley, and that sticker is not the car-show sticker.
What is included with my Swap Meet or Car Corral space?
One space includes a vendor-pass decal, admission for two adults, and a gate decal. A support-vehicle pass is $20 if you need one.
If you buy more than one space, the package includes one vendor-pass decal for every two spaces, admission for two adults for each space, and a gate decal. You can buy extra admission if you need it.
Where should I stay for the Daytona Turkey Run®?
The Hotels page lists places to stay in Daytona Beach, including the Daytona RV Park, which sponsors the event.
Are Daytona Turkey Run® events held anywhere other than the Speedway?
No. The Daytona Turkey Run® is held only at Daytona International Speedway. Promoters who host car-themed parties and call them Turkey Trots, Turkeyfests, Turkey Cruises, or something similar are not part of the event. ONE DAYTONA is not part of it either. None of them can sell Daytona Turkey Run® tickets, registrations, or souvenirs.
Can I stay overnight?
If you are a registered vendor, you can buy a space for a self-contained RV. Those spaces are assigned ahead of time. Call 386-255-7355 for the price.
Pick up your overnight parking ID before 4:00 p.m. on the day you arrive. An RV can stay from the first setup day until 10:00 a.m. Monday.
Please leave the generators off from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Tent camping is not allowed, and you cannot sleep in a vehicle.
Do I have to be at the car show every day?
No. You can come and go as you like. During the day, leave through the east tunnel. You may leave the car overnight, but it has to be out by noon on Monday. Vendors are different: they need to be there each day of the event.
My show car isn’t ready. Can I bring a different vehicle?
Yes. You can bring a different car if it is show quality and it meets the entry rules. The people at the gates decide what comes in.
What about support vehicles and trailers?
Support vehicles are not allowed in the infield. You also cannot unload a car from a trailer in the show-car section. If a vehicle does not run, you will need another way to get it inside. Every vehicle has to be gone by noon on the Monday after the show. Trailer parking is outside Gate 70.
In the spring, trailer parking is $40. The hours are Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. In the fall, trailer parking is $60. The hours are Monday through Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Thursday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. That parking fee goes to local Boy Scout troops.
Where can I buy spectator tickets for the 2026 spring and fall Daytona Turkey Run®?
Fall spectator tickets, for November 25–29, 2026, are $21 a day from Wednesday through Sunday. One ticket covers one day, and children 11 and under get in free. Spring admission is $15 a day on Friday and Saturday, and $10 on Sunday. Tickets go on sale online about two months before the event, and you can also buy them at the Speedway on show days.
